Coach Jake is a Purple belt under Professor Ernst at Team B.E. Jiu Jitsu. A native of Pittsylvania County, he had wrestling experience as a high school wrestler at Tunstall High School before starting his BJJ journey. Jake began training jiu jitsu in August 2020 at Forge BJJ. He is dedicated to improving himself and enjoys helping others improve as well. Most days, you can find him on the mats at Forge training, assisting, or teaching.
